Originally released in 1988, the Air Jordan 3 was Tinker Hatfield’s first Air Jordan design, and is still one of his greatest to-date. Two of the popular releases from the lineup have been the “Fire Red” and “Doernbecher” colorways.

One of four OG colorways of the silhouette in 1988, the Air Jordan 3 “Fire Red” made its retro return in 2013. It features a White tumbled and smooth leather upper paired with signature elephant print in Black. Fire Red contrasting accents throughout completes the Chicago Bulls look, while Jumpman on the heels separates itself from the OG launch.

The Air Jordan 3 “Doernbecher” was designed by patient Cole Johnson, a teen cancer survivor from the 2010 Doernbecher Freestyle Collection. Back in 2013, the Air Jordan 3 DB also saw a limited re-release.
