Summer hoops may look quieter on the surface, but the real action never fully slows down. While school ball, college basketball, and the NBA take a break, Nike’s EYBL circuit keeps the next wave of talent moving through one of the biggest youth basketball stages in the country.
That spotlight also comes with plenty of exclusive footwear. After early looks at pairs like the Nike Kobe 3 Protro EYBL, Nike Kobe 5 Protro EYBL PE, and Nike Book 2 EYBL PE, Jordan Brand is now adding another player exclusive to the mix with the Air Jordan 4028 EYBL PE.
This version of the hybrid model keeps the base clean with a white upper, then brings most of the energy through a bold gradient elephant print. The oversized pattern stretches across the upper and fold-over shroud, shifting from orange-pink near the front into pink, red, purple, and blue as it moves up the shoe.
Hidden underneath the white zip-down cover are pink laces and a matching tongue, giving the pair another pop of color once the shroud is opened. The look fits right in with EYBL’s history of bright, tournament-ready exclusives made for some of the best young players in the game.
For now, the Air Jordan 4028 EYBL PE is not expected to release to the public. Like most EYBL player exclusives, this pair appears to be reserved for the circuit, though Jordan Brand has surprised fans before. Stay tuned for any updates if release details change.
