Jordan Brand has designed plenty of exclusive Air Jordan 5 colorways over the years. Two of those includes the “Doernbecher” and “Transformers” makeups.

Commemorating the 2012 Doernbecher Freestyle Program, the Air Jordan 5 “Doernbecher” was designed by Isaac Arzate. The shoe features a polished Black patent leather upper detailed with tonal lettering that stands out under blacklight, which displays a poem that Isaac wrote the day before he passed. Other details includes Isaac’s baseball and basketball numbers and incorporates his initials, birthday and date of passing on the tongue tag.

The Air Jordan 5 “Transformers” is an ultra-rare sample made to commemorate the “Transformers” film franchise. The shoe features a glossy Black leather upper with an embroidered “84” on the heel as a nod to the year “Transformers” premiered. Other details includes Optimus Prime’s colors on the Jumpman tongue and shark overlay around the midsole. A glow-in-the-dark outsole is contrasted by a “Transformers” logo underneath the forefoot completes the design.
