Air Jordan 5 Midnight Navy FD6812-400

Originally released in 1990, the Air Jordan 5 was the third consecutive Michael Jordan sneaker designed by Tinker Hatfield inspired by a World War 2 Mustang fighter jet. For 2023, Jordan Brand will be introducing a brand new Air Jordan 5 “Midnight Navy” colorway heading into the holiday season.

Dressed in a Midnight Navy, Black, and Football Grey color scheme. This offering of the Air Jordan 5 features a Midnight Navy suede upper reminiscent of the “Fear” Jordan 5 with Black eyelets and inner lining. Other details includes Jumpman logos on the tongues and heels, signature translucent side netting and branded lace locks. A White midsole with speckled shark teeth overlays atop an icy translucent outsole completes the design. The shoe will also come housed in special packaging and will be available in men’s, grade school, preschool, and toddler sizing.

Look for the Air Jordan 5 “Midnight Navy” to release on November 10th at select Jordan Brand retailers and Nike.comm. The retail price tag is set at $210 USD.

UPDATE 6/3: Here is a first look at the Air Jordan 5 “Midnight Navy” via kicksdong. The shoe was originally thought to be a “Georgetown” release, but it appears to have no resemblance to the school. However, the build does give off “Fear” Jordan 5 vibes. A release is expected November 10th in family sizing.
