To celebrate the 2023 Basketball Africa League (BAL) playoffs, which was played on Saturday, May 20th at BK Arena in Kigali, Rwanda and will culminate with the third BAL Finals on Saturday, May 27th, Jordan Brand designed two player exclusives for the athletes competing.
The two models that received the special treatment are the Air Jordan 37 Low and the Jordan Tatum 1 – both dressed in colors and design prints that pay homage to African heritage. Each shoe feature a Black and Yellow blocking tribal pattern seen in various surfaces and sections of the upper. The BAL logo’s signature colors — Red, Blue, Green, and Gold – are featured on the tongue labels and other branding placements.
