Jordan Brand reveals a new Jordan Series 01 that pays homage to Michael Jordan’s college coach at the University of North Carolina, the late Dean Smith. Who was the biggest influence on his life other than his parents.

This offering of the Jordan Series 01 comes constructed in a mix of suede and mesh materials with “Dear Dean” embroidered on the lateral and branded on both tongue labels. The shoe is dressed in a UNC color blocking with Red tongue labels along with text on the right insole that reads, “Swing For The Fence”. A Gum rubber outsole with “There Was Never Any Doubt” and “It Went Down In The Backyard” text completes the design.
